Position Summary:
Assist in installation of new heating and cooling systems, and relocation and expansion of existing systems including duct work, furnaces, air conditioners, and/or gas piping.
NOTE: This position is in Roseburg, OR. (Mahalo Heating) and requires proof of at least a C grade in algebra.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous HVAC Installation experience is preferred
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC technical program is preferred
- Previous experience reading blue prints is preferred
- Basic written and verbal English language skills
- Must have or be able to obtain EPA certification within 3 months of hire
- If enrolled in apprenticeship program, must maintain a minimum C average in Math.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver license and clean driving record, insurable by company insurance
- Desire to advance in career through apprenticeship program or on-the-job training
- Ability to work well independently or as a team
- Demonstrate basic customer service skills with a willingness to further develop
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work out of town when necessary
- Ability to work outside in a wide range of temperatures
- Energetic personality
- Ability to work in tight or open spaces, and at heights
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Requires proof of a C Grade in Algebra
