```Duties```
- Oversee and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Review and interpret project specifications and drawings
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project
```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices and techniques
- Proficiency in using Accubid or EBM software for construction estimating
- Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Excellent ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of pricing, contracts, and cost control in construction projects
- Proven experience in project management within the electrical industry
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction management principles and best practices
