Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, following established procedures
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Assist with reservations and cancellations, ensuring accuracy of bookings
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding guest expectations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred. However willing to train the right team member!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to learn phone system and computer software system
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, overnight as necessary and holidays
