The Comfort Suites Greenville airport is a 93 room fully custom designed hotel located right next to TopGolf on Pelham road. This hotel is not your average Comfort Suites -- we have won the brand's Gold award all 3 years we've been open and are ranked the #1 hotel in the entire upstate (Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson) on Tripadvisor! We are one of Greenville's newest hotels having opened our doors in September of 2020.

The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing front desk operations, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, and managing staff. This role involves coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining efficient front desk procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Operations:
* Work the front desk and supervise daily front desk activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management.
* Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations and resolve any issues that arise.
2. Guest Relations:
* Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
* Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure a positive guest experience.
3. Staff Management:
* Train, schedule, and oversee front desk staff, providing guidance and support.
* Conduct performance reviews and manage staff performance.
4. Administrative Duties:
* Handle cash and financial transactions accurately, including processing payments and balancing daily receipts.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to front desk operations.
* Make decisions on behalf of the General manager when GM is not at the property
5. Coordination and Communication:
* Collaborate with other hotel departments to address guest needs and ensure cohesive operations.
* Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure smooth hotel operations
5. Sales and Marketing:
* Assist in promoting the hotel and generating local business leads.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of the Hotel Operations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
