Job Description -

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, and project requirements management
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, scope, plans and reports
- Basic experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project Planner - to monitor working hours, plans
- Basic experience with project management tools is added advantage (e.g. Basecamp/JIRA)
- Liaise with clients/key stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Candidate should possess high level of ability to learn with focused approach in the assigned project
- Good education track record will be preferable
