Overview

We are hiring a Program Manager who will report to the Director of Product Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple Product-driven projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring successful and timely deliverables. Broadly, a successful Program Manager will be a high energy, growth-oriented individual with a track record in project management, strong communication and world class organizational skills.

More specifically, some key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning: Structure and define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
  • Project Execution: Convert project plans into action and execute projects to finish in a timely manner
  • Customer Obsession: Collaborate with and onboard world-class retailers & brands – make their experiences with CommerceHub delightful
  • Stakeholder management: Engage and maintain strong relationships with cross functional leaders in product, sales, customer success, operations and more

Naturally, the role will evolve and grow as you and the company grows!

  

Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduated from a top university with a strong academic track record (3.6 GPA in a quantitative major)
  • World class program management skills with 3-5 years of project management experience at a top tech company or fast-growing startup (preferably in eCommerce)
  • Positive & growth-oriented mindset with a strong bias to action
  • Experience collaborating with large customers – our customers are some of the biggest in commerce
  • Technically minded with an eagerness to learn technical concepts (e.g., APIs)
  • Experience working with and managing the backlog of technical teams
  • Proficient in data analysis and data tools such as Excel
  • High EQ and people skills with prior experience in managing and working with senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a top consulting firm or investment bank
  • Experience or strong interest in eCommerce and/or B2B tech
  • Experience with API tools such as Postman
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience in working in Agile environments
