• Manage and oversee Private Label team in all day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement overall divisional strategy to attain company goals.
• Manage the creative for all aspects of the brand.
• Research and develop products that can generate highest potential revenue.
• Source new suppliers to grow brand, maintain relationships with current suppliers.
• Direct internal product testing and conduct external focus groups.
• Analyze and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Forecast sales and inventory.
• Oversee purchase orders and domestic/overseas shipments.
• Analyze reports from different platforms, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth.
• Monitor expenses and maintain budgets.
• Compare the historical and current sales trends to determine growth forecast and achieve target.
• Monitor pricing and offers from online retail competitors.
• Supervise advertising initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing to define new SEO strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with new product launches.
• Analyze and report progress against campaign goals.
• Coordinate and manage social media presence.
• Ensure online content, merchandising, programs and features are on brand, drive revenue, and support brand marketing efforts.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue and margin tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
• Work with other departments as necessary to support the goals of the brand.

Chain of Command:

The Private Label Divisional Manager reports to the Director of Sales and Service, and the Managing Director.

Hours:

Generally, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30 until 5:00.

• Ability to lead, delegate and follow up to meet deadlines.
• Experience in Social Media platforms is preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency, with ability to find solutions quickly and independently.
• Eager to learn, fast learner, strong responsibility.
• High energy with propensity towards action.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, are MUSTS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
