Commercial Construction and Maintenance is a growing general contractor company based out of Bessemer, AL. We specialize in small to mid-level commercial projects such as car washes, convenience stores, and municipal buildings. We are a General Contractor that exists to serve our clients and employees through excellent quality construction services, in order to elevate Jesus Christ.
We are looking for traveling superintendents. This position will support ground-up construction primarily operating in Mississippi. This is a full-time position, and we offer competitive pay. Most jobs will be within an hour or two from Priceville, AL.
Superintendents must have at least 2-4 years of commercial experience in superintending jobs and be familiar with all areas of construction including civil, architectural, MEP and structural plans.
Superintendents need to be very organized and a planner. The candidate needs to have a high sense of urgency and a strong desire to move forward despite obstacles.
