Commercial Coverage Insurance Agency, Inc. is a high-energy, cutting-edge Risk Management and Insurance Brokerage with offices in California and Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking experienced CSRs to join our dynamic team. The CSRs acts as liaison between clients, account managers and insurance carriers to resolve complex service issues that require policy interpretation and experience based judgment to resolve.

The right candidate is an individual who is ready to hit the ground running with commercial property experience (P&C Licensed) including processing insurance certificates, endorsements, recommendations and claims. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive work atmosphere.
• Provide support to both Renewal and New Business Teams by answering calls and assisting clients, lenders and other 3rd party requests .
• Processing and billing endorsements
• Keep accurate records in our agency management system- AMS 360
• Complying with our standard operating procedure such as the document management process
• Manage and respond promptly to client and carrier emails.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Property and Casualty Agent license
• Intermediate-Advanced user of Office 365
• 2 years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience preferred
• AMS 360 experience or similar agency management system preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, remote

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year DOE
