Compensation

  • Competitive base salary and uncapped commissions - First year On-Target Earnings (OTE) $200k.

What does an Account Executive do?

  • Consistently prospect and develop new client relationships in your territory, consistent with our ideal customer profile and innovative solutions. 
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs. 
  • Prepare and present proposals using proprietary tools and strategies that quantify savings and solutions. 
  • Learn every day about the rapidly changing Energy industry. 
  • Build a robust network of business contacts within your assigned (and protected) territory.

Qualifications We’re Looking For 

  • 5 years b2b sales success, preferably outside sales, selling through C-level decision makers of businesses with over $10M in annual sales.
  • You have a hunter mentality, you’re continually prospecting, you’re focused on closing new accounts, and you can quickly build rapport and trust with potential clients.
  • Proven experience selling solutions to address client’s business issues, not just providing a product at a cheaper price.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university.
