What You'll Do
  • Work with leadership on ways to improve & sustain processes
  • Locate and explore new customer and product business opportunities
  • Compilation/analyzation/maintenance of data to prepare reports, track contract milestones and deliverables
  • Maintain an effective and accurate records management system
  • Demonstrate all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, acquiring, identifying and qualifying customers
  • Attend sales meetings, training and activities; to include performing additional duties as needed
  • Identify and track communications success metrics and program performance to evaluate effectiveness and to integrate into future initiatives
  • Supporting special projects as well as perform some administrative functions such as data management and basic data analysis
What You'll Need
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Currently pursing an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or similar field
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong scheduling, planning, organizing, problem solving, time managing, and prioritizing work skills
  • Must be self-motivated and results driven with a focus on customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office programs - Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritizing, and time management skills
Your Education
  • Must currently be an actively enrolled student at an accredited college or university in an applicable field; not limited to the following Engineering focuses Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Metallurgy, Material Sciences, etc.
