You are a passionate customer service professional We are enhancing the financial wellbeing for our customers Together we can deliver outstanding customer experiences We are currently seeking customer service professionals for part time opportunities at our Caneland Shoppingtown Mackay Branch. These opportunities are permanent part time consisting of 18 or 20 hours/week. Rosters are predetermined. Please ensure you are available for one of the following rosters before applying: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 12.30pm; OR Monday 12.30pm to 4.30pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 1.30pm to 4.30pm, Thursday 2.30pm to 5.30pm and Friday 11.30am to 4.30pm No two days are ever the same in our branch-based customer service roles; you will work collaboratively with your Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer you deal with.
