Description
Kentucky State Parks has an adventurous opening at one of its Recreation Parks for a Park Worker II.
Taylorsville Lake State Park has a 70-site campground, boat ramps, shelters, and 24 miles of equestrian, mountain biking, and hiking trails. The beautiful landscape and team environment of the staff provide for an enjoyable career within Kentucky State Parks.
The Park Worker II assists the maintenance superintendent with troubleshooting buildings and grounds issues, janitorial services, mowing, and trails maintenance.

EDUCATION: NONE
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: One year of work experience.

Working Conditions
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve long periods of standing.
Probationary Period
This job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
