The Department of Labor and Industry is seeking a determined and hard working individual to ensure office operations are conducted efficiently and effectively, and performs secretarial duties for the Workers’ Compensation Judges, under the direct supervision of the Clerical/Secretarial Supervisor.

This position schedules events by coordinating Judge’s and parties schedules. Schedules events in accordance with the Workers' Compensation Act.
The Clerk Typist 3 types decisions from handwritten, typewritten or dictated sources in established format. Proofreads grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Add decisions to Workers’ Compensation Automation and Integration System . Verifies Workers’ Compensation Automation and Integration System for accuracy of information before circulating the decision.
Prints and mails Workers’ Compensation Automation and Integration System Correspondence and other correspondence daily. Process incoming mail and returned mail.
Qualifications:
You must have successfully examined and have a current score on file.
