As a Clerical Assistant 3, you will serve as the primary timekeeper for Warren County Office. Your main duties will include entering payroll, researching time issues and errors as well as payroll resolution.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
  • Full-time employment.
  • Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
  • One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or 
  • One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or 
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with payroll
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Experience working with a Union Contract
  • Two Years of prior employment in the Clerical Field.
  • Two years experience of customer service background (answering incoming telephone calls, or speaking with customers and/or employees that come into the office)
