Due to growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join our team. Seattle is the ideal location but we are opening to anyone being based in the Western Half of the US.

JOB SUMMARY:

The hyperscale organization is a focused, fast paced, technical, and highly dynamic organization responsible for driving all CommScope product sets within the hyperscale space. The Key Account Manager position resides on a global team focused on two hyperscale accounts. The team is accountable for defining and executing both short and long-term strategies for revenue growth, account eco-system growth, and cross-product growth within these two accounts. The Key Account Manager plays an integral part of the overall strategy by developing new revenue streams, supporting existing revenue streams, identifying customer technical requirements, and developing solutions as such. The Key Account Manager role will interface throughout CommScope’s regional sales and technical teams across the globe. The role requires a strong team player mentality, the ability to provide and receive constructive criticism, and a willingness to speak-up in support of cultivating a cohesive, supportive, and innovative work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience with a completed Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of related experience with a completed High School Diploma
  • Technical Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • Ability to think strategically from revenue generation perspective and a technical product perspective.
  • Proven history of collaborative leadership
  • Ability to work as a team on group initiatives, as well as take on individual projects
  • History of achieving revenue targets
  • Ability to think transformatively
  • Excellent eco-system relationships
  • Ability to manage through areas of conflict
  • Proven leadership in a matrix organization
  • History of using a standard sales methodology
  • Seattle area based ideal, Western US based required
