Chief Clinical Officer
The Advanced Specialty Hospital of Toledo, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently recruiting an experienced and compassionate RN to lead our team!
The position of CCO - Chief Clinical Officer will have primary responsibility for administering and coordinating clinical services and programs for patients. The position will directly supervise clinical staff and be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations for our long-term acute care hospital in Toledo, OH. We have excellent patient ratios (5:1) and state of the art equipment. 24/7 Respiratory Therapists handle all of the ventilator monitoring, settings, and all respiratory treatments. The CCO is in charge of the Director of Respiratory Services as well as other Clinical Leaders.
The successful candidate for the RN - CCO position must have a current, valid Registered Nurse license, BSN required, MSN preferred, and at least 4 years of senior level experience in a hospital, preferably including experience as a Director of Nursing in an Acute Care Setting. The CCO must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to acute care administration.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Current RN license
- previous leadership and LTACH experience required
- Minimum of 4 years of senior level experience in a hospital, preferably including experience as a Director of Nursing
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to acute care administration.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- The ability to communicate well with employees and families about their issues
- Must maintain CPR certification
