WWC Global is seeking for a Program Analyst to support a Department of Homeland Security client. The Program Analyst will provide a variety of public relations, strategic communications, and outreach assistance to help enhance the security of the nation’s critical infrastructure.

CORE REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Will assist key member of the Strategic Communications and Outreach team.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships at multiple levels within the client site, to create and disseminate coordinated messages that accurately address programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and research media technology, tools, and trends to determine effective avenues for disseminating information to target audiences.
  • Develop and measure the effectiveness of internal and external communication strategies and activities.
  • Lead ISC branding strategy through the creation of infographics intended to strengthen ISC work products, publications, and social media content.
  • Support the planning and logistics of virtual and in-person events and meetings including Members meetings, monthly Annual Meetings with members, events and conferences.
  • Assist with updates to Strategic Communications plan.
  • Assist in planning and development of Annual Report.
  • Provides project management skills to successfully direct and support a wide array of initiatives by providing guidance to teammates and clearly articulating deadlines and the goal(s) of the project.
  • Improves management efficiency and effectiveness and develops administrative regulations or guidelines for the conduct of program operations or new criteria for measuring program accomplishments.
  • Recommends long-range program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones in support of the ISC which serve as the basis for substantive changes in the organization and administration of the ISC various subprograms with the federal facility security community nationwide.
  • Responsible for a variety of high-priority subject areas to include strategic engagements with Congress, the Government Accountability Office and other government oversight entities; ISC membership meetings to foster timely exchange of information concerning key issues, agency-specific challenges, and lessons learned.

This is a temporary position ending on or about 23 Feb 2023 with a possibility of extension.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.

Travel:

  • 0-20% / Occasional travel.
