What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Consultation (BC) position at Community Alternatives, Inc.?
The Behavioral Consultant (BC) provides behavioral support and intervention to children, youth and families in the home, school and community settings.
Job Functions:
· maintain client caseload and utilization of hours
· collect and analyze data to determine treatment progress
· complete assessments and develop treatment plans to target identified areas of need
· consult with members of client's team
· lead team meetings and overall clinical treatment needs for client
· develop and monitor individualized intervention, treatment and crisis plans
· electronic paperwork submission
Sign on Bonus:
· non-licensed clinicians are eligible for a $2500 sign on bonus
· licensed clinicians are eligible for a $5000 sign on bonus paid in two $2500 increments
Retention Bonus:
· Retention bonus paid quarterly after sign on bonus - based on hours billed
REQUIREMENTS:
· Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Services, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or other mental health degree
· Official transcripts, degree and licensure
· Current clearances: FBI Criminal Background, Child Abuse History, Criminal History Record
· Updated TB test
· Updated physical
· 3 reference letters

Pay: $50,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
