This position is responsible for marketing the Cash Management products to current and prospective customers of the bank and recommending appropriate products; developing ongoing relationships with Business Partners - primarily branch/retail staff; assisting in the presentation and training of cash management products to branches; assist Cash Management Sales Manager and Officers with larger commercial relationships and proposals as needed.
Essential Duties:
Basic Qualifications:
Education/Training: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; specialized banking and sales training.
Skills: Proficient interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to work independently; high level veral/written communication and presentation skills; proficiency of bank's deposit/loan system; Power Point, Word & Excel, Adobe Pro; valid drivers' license. Ability to adapt to change; excellent multi-tasking skills.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years' banking including customer service experience, including 3 years sales or cash management experience.
Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
