Report Developer  Community Bridges, Inc. (CB I) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models. Job SummaryThe Report Developer is responsible for developing vetted data sets to drive processes within the organization. Reports to the Report Development Manager for performance evaluation. Skills/Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related experienceMinimum of five (5) years progressively responsible the development of datasets Minimum of seven (5) years of experience working through the requirement, design, development, QA & UAT testing, implementing and delivering in release cyclesExperience in the following coding languages, systems and concepts Business Intelligence/Data warehouse conceptsSQL Server / Relational and objectional databasesMicrosoftCrystal ReportsExperience implementing an EHR system or similar large-scale implementation is required.Experience working in IT and with an EHR system while employed by a medical/healthcare/hospital system.Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.Expert communication skills both written and oral. Experience developing rapport and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders required. Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives to successful outcomes within approved budget and timeline required.Highly proficient with computer applications to include Microsoft Office products.CBI Offers an excellent benefits package!Generous PTO accrual (5 weeks!),Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, Supplemental plansHospital indemnity/ Critical Illness,Pet Insurance, Dependent Care Savings, Health Care Savings,401K with employer match - 100% vested upon enrollment,Wellness programs,Tuition Reimbursement and Scholarship Programs, incentives, and more!Very Completive pay rates  CBI is growing an expanding our services!We are experience tremendous growth in this time.
