Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for Community Care College, Clary Sage College, and Oklahoma Technical College, ensuring alignment with the institutions mission and values.
- Oversee all aspects of institutional accreditation, maintaining compliance with accrediting bodies and ensuring continuous quality improvement across all programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive campus environment, promoting strong student relations and supporting student success initiatives.
- Lead employee professional development and faculty development efforts, promoting academic excellence, professional growth, and innovation in teaching and learning.
- Engage with the local community, building strong partnerships with industry leaders, educational institutions, and community organizations to enhance the colleges reputation and impact.
- Oversee budget management, fundraising efforts, and resource allocation to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Represent the institution to external stakeholders, including accrediting agencies, governmental bodies, and the public.
- Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
- Knowledge of faculty and or staff hiring procedures, assist HR in the interviewing process if required
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- A minimum of a Masters degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field from a nationally or regionally accredited college or university is required; a Doctorate is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in higher education leadership, with a proven track record in accreditation, student affairs, faculty development, and community engagement.
- Substantial experience in a senior management position where experience provides a basis for the candidates capability to serve as a college president.
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and coordinating abilities in a complex organization.
- Demonstrated experience in oral and written communications confirming the ability to effectively research ideas, organize thoughts, and persuade diverse internal and external audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, which includes all segments of the college faculty, staff, students, and governing boards.
- Demonstrated ability to project a positive public image.
- Experience in a non-profit setting preferred.
