Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides dynamic support to the Learning and Development, Internal Communications, and Strategic Planning functions, including associated internal events and activities.
- Participates in project planning and delivery of strategic initiatives and assists in monitoring and updating project plans.
- Maintains and monitors organizational databases including Learning Management System, Hub (SharePoint), Gallup Access, etc., and troubleshoots as needed.
- Creates content, such as digital, written, video, or visual communications materials.
- Coordinates organizational calendars for internal events and activities.
- Coordinates logistics for internal events such as staff meetings, training classes, and strategic planning sessions.
- Coordinates supplies for staff development and training events.
- Coordinates logistics for internal and external activities, e.g. Town Halls, Stakeholder Forums, training events, etc.
- Researches and identifies external partners while building and maintaining partner relationships.
- Facilitates internal training programs, as needed, using recognized training techniques and tools.
- Responsible for maintaining employee training records.
- Compiles learner feedback and creates reports to aid in training effectiveness evaluation.
- Assists in the development and oversight of strategic dashboard.
- Assists in making updates to training curriculum, materials, job aids, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge in providing dynamic support to administrative staff.
- Skills in utilizing technology for communication, data gathering and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate with others to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills.
- Ability to work with people from diverse economic, social, and political backgrounds.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two (2) years of professional experience in a fast-paced, complex work environment demonstrating organizational and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, and aptitude to learn other software platforms.
- For company insurance purposes, at least 21 years of age; possess a current Arizona Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) years of professional of experience in a fast-paced, complex work environment demonstrating organizational and follow-through skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Light Work – ability to exert 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
