**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have experience in various care settings, including urgent care, dementia care, infectious disease care, and memory care. Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and familiarity with Epic software is preferred. **Duties:** - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses - Assist patients with activities of daily living - Monitor and report changes in patient health status - Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care - Maintain a clean and organized patient environment - Follow infection control protocols and safety standards **Experience:** - Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings - Knowledge of hospital medicine practices - Familiarity with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) - Experience in urgent care, dementia care, infectious disease care, and memory care is a plus - Proficiency in Epic software is preferred Join our team to make a difference in the lives of patients and contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment.
