The Recruiting Assistant performs confidential and clerical human resources tasks and assistance regarding the recruitment area. The Assistant is responsible to support the recruitment team with scheduling interviews, onboarding, Pre-employment screening and credentialing. The Recruiting Assistant coordinates the Externship and loan repayment programs. This position is responsible for the maintenance of personnel records, and any related electronic systems software. The position must be available for limited local travel to assist with job fairs, conferences and exhibits to secure new candidates for recruitment needs. Minimum Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education
- High School graduate or equivalent.

Experience
- Human Resources experience (1 year).
- Human Resources Information System (HRIS)/Applicant Tracking System experience (1 year).
Preferred:
- Recruitment experience a plus.
- Recruitment electronic systems and software experience.
- Credentialing experience.
Other
- Driver's license with the State of Washington.
- Motor vehicle insurance liability policy, a certificate of deposit, or a liability bond to the required limits.
Job Specific Functions/Performance Expectations:
1. Executes recruitment operational activities, which include, but are not limited to, development of interview guides, conducting pre-employment screening, drug tests and background checks. Schedules interviews and assists with offers of employment.
2. Coordinates new hire onboarding activities, to include pre-hire employment requirements and orientation schedules.
3. Responds to inquiries from potential applicants and external agencies.
4. Assists with job fairs, conferences and exhibits to secure new candidates for recruitment needs.
5. Responsible for the administration, tracking and compliance with new hire employee’s documentation standards within the electronic training software.
6. Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of electronic employee Personnel Records.
7. Assists with the input and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
8. Coordinates and facilitates activities for externship programs by developing and maintaining relationships with applicable area schools and training programs. Assists with the maintenance of contracts, affiliation agreements, etc.
9. Coordinates all aspects of the credentialing and privileging process for LIP’s (Licensed Independent Practitioners) and OHP’s (Other Health Care Providers) to include processing provider credentialing/privileging applications in accordance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and policies and procedures.
10. Coordinates the loan repayment program.
11. Stays current on and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies related to areas of responsibility.
12. Adheres to attendance standards in order to perform the job functions for daily operations and/or continuity of patient care.

Pay Range $22.84-$27.31 based on internal pay equity
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability insurance and life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in the 403(b) Safe Harbor retirement plan. Employees will also receive eleven paid holidays and 120 hours of vacation prorated by FTE every twelve months.
We also offer an additional $0.75/hour for those who test proficiently in a second language.
