CareGivers, Inc. is an accredited full-service home health care agency providing home care services. We are looking for a Care Coordinator to add to our growing and fantastic team of dedicated, compassionate, and caring individuals.

Responsibilities:
Quality Service Delivery
- Coordinate quality services delivery to new and current clients and employees through professional interaction with clients and employees
- Work with nursing teams to assign appropriate field staff to each client.
- Must effectively communicate scheduling and changes with patients, employees, and Nursing Supervisors, and RN case manager, as instructed.
- Create, maintain, and coordinate schedules.
- Contact caregivers to fill shifts, implement shift changes to caregivers.
- Contact client and/ or family regarding changes in schedule
- Monitor and follow up on telephony, as well as checking for accuracy of caregiver’s arrival and departure times.
- Monitors and evaluates productivity levels, arranging for adequate staffing to meet client needs.
- Answering phones
- Medical billing
- Other tasks as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have great customer service skills.
- Critical Thinking & problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn basic computer programs and processes.
- Experienced in scheduling in-home care settings is helpful.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills along with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
