Position Summary:
The CRC Marketing Coordinator will support all marketing and communication for all CRC’s programs serving our statewide mission. This includes the development and implementation of a comprehensive social media plan and the creation of content, including blogs, multimedia, and articles, to boost CRC’s social media utilization ensuring representation of statewide and rural voice.
This is a full-time non-exempt position. This position reports to the Operations Manager
Essential Responsibilities: Develop and execute outreach and marketing efforts in alignment with CRC brand guidelines and program goals, in partnership with staff and partners
Digital Marketing (50%)
- Create and implement social media graphics, copy, press releases, and flyers to promote staff, volunteer and service member recruitment using CRC’s social media platforms and communications channels
- Create monthly E-line newsletter, and other email marketing campaigns
Website Management and Customer Service (25%)
- Design, manage and maintain CRC website to keep relevant with all CRC programs
- Coordinate with team and product consultant, for CGG technical issues
- Support the CGG platform improvement by providing feedback and recommendations on the development, design and implementation of the user experience and administrative functions
- Answer CGG database inquiries including database usage, functionality and access issues
Communications Collateral (20%)
- Create and implement graphics, copy, press releases, flyers, annual report and other communications
- Create original written and visual content (videos, photography, articles, blog posts) to promote CRC and programs
- Create/update materials including postcards, infographics, including Colorado Grants
Guide (CGG) Library and University Toolkits
- Manage and design special events and fund-raising efforts with materials and content to promote on appropriate platforms
- Support the marketing of broader fundraising efforts within CRC
- Develop new ways to share stories with a wider audience (FB/Insta stories, blog posts)
- Create and monitor tracking mechanisms for websites and social media analytics
Other Responsibilities (5%)

- Engaged participation in staff meetings
- Participate in monthly marketing meetings with CRC staff
Position Requirements:
- Proof of COVID 19 Vaccination with Booster or Proof of Qualifying Exemption
- Participation in quarterly CRC all staff in person events which may require travel
- Colorado residency
- Provide proof of legal ability to work in the United State of America
- Provide two references
- Work remotely with Internet service and a reasonable remote workspace
- Valid Driver’s License, proof of auto insurance; and access to reliable transportation
Skills:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with O365, Canva, Word Press, Hootsuite, Adobe, Constant Contact, and Salesforce
Qualifications – Educations and/or Equivalent Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 marketing or communications experience
- 1 year work with diverse communities
Work Location, Schedule and Environment:
- Hybrid to include up to 40% at Denver Headquarters
- Flexibility and capacity to work in a fast paced, fluid, changing work environment
- Administrative tasks will require work in a home office or office setting
- Working on a computer for multiple hours at a time, sitting or standing
- Wearing a mask when required by CRC policies
- Bending, twisting, and lifting associated with event site setup
- Indoor/outdoor work with varying temperatures and noise levels at large events
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $47,000 – $50,000
- Benefits: Health Time, Personal Time, 11 CRC Holidays, Long Term Disability Insurance
Employee Assistance Program, opportunity to participate in simple IRA plan with 2%, $40 per month reimbursement for internet/phone.
CRC pays 100% of medical & dental base plan benefits for employee. 47 – 50 for consistency.
