About This Position

This is a part-time, 11-hrs/week, non-exempt position that will be working in our Springfield, MA location. This position has a flexible schedule and a starting rate of $30/hour.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide clinical assessment including behavioral health diagnosis and referral for medication management when needed.
Perform initial screening, intake and assessment, crisis intervention.
Provide individual, group, mental health and/or substance abuse therapy.
Make referral for treatment not provided by the program.
Job Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
Behavioral Health License, such as: LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LADC required.
Experience providing mental health and substance abuse treatment both group and individual therapy preferred.
Experience in providing Cognitive Behavioral Treatment, Dialectical Behavioral Treatment, Seeking Safety Treatment, and working with criminal justice population preferred.
