Community Systems, Inc. is currently hiring Floater - Direct Support Professionals with great energy, compassion and connections in the local communities to share their talents with adults with intellectual disabilities. You will help them find happiness in their own home, in their personal relationships and as contributing members of their community.
If you have an excellent work ethic, positive energy and are a dependable team player, we can help you feel great about what you accomplish and make a huge contribution in someone's life! Our floater positions will be cross-functional and an active part of multiple homes or programs. Your schedule will be set on a monthly basis to maximize your impact!
Experience in the field is not a requirement, but a plus, along with competent writing skills, and the ability to teach/coach and communicate effectively with others. A current MA driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier are required along with an acceptable criminal background history.
