Program Manager - Supported Living

Salary: $63,000 - $68,000 

Community Vision is looking to welcome a new Supported Living Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of the Supported Living program. The Program Manager serves a key leadership role within the organization by managing our largest program--serving over 50 people to live independently in their own homes with the assistance of over 90 direct support staff! 

Program Manager Essential Functions:

• Supervises a team of 8 Case Managers (Supported Living Coordinators)
• Problem-solves day-to-day challenges with direct reports
• Ensures program compliance with applicable rules and laws
• Promotes a culture of person-centered supports and self-determination for people with developmental disabilities
• Collaborates with other organizational leaders to achieve mission and strategic goals

Requirements

• Strong understanding and application of concepts of self-determination and individualized support planning
• Three years’ experience in a role delivering person-centered supports for people with disabilities, required
• Two years’ experience in a supervisory role which required conducting performance appraisals, goal-setting, coaching, and disciplinary oversight, required
• Must have reliable transportation that complies with State registration and insurance requirements as well as a valid Drivers’ License
• Approved Criminal History Check through the Oregon Department of Human Services Background Check Unit; including not be on the OIG List of Excluded Individuals and EntitiesMust maintain CPR\First Aid Certification, OIS Certification 
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or an approved medical or religious exemption, required
