Responsible for a wide variety of internal and external communications activities, strategic and tactical, conceptual and deliverable.
Attains measurable results and improves continuously.
An experienced professional with a full understanding of specialized area plus working knowledge of related fields. Adept at solving a range of complex problems.
Contributes to the development of organization's goals and objectives. Works under limited direction; receives general instructions on new assignments.
Work is evaluated upon completion to ensure objectives have been met. Demonstrates good judgment. Determines approach to solutions, plans and schedules activities to accomplish objectives.
Must be receptive to coaching, education, and constructive criticism. Must learn to provide effective feedback to others, upward and downward.
Education :
Position typically requires a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, business and a minimum five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
