Location: Omaha, NE
Hybrid: Tuesday-Thursday in-office, Mondays/Fridays WFH

We are actively seeking a Brand Manager to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!
This role's primary responsibilities are to help develop and implement brand strategies and activation plans to successfully grow key emerging brands within our portfolio. The role will collaborate with Product Development, Sales, e-Commerce, Digital, Sourcing, Regulatory, and our in-house Creative team to execute brand initiatives.
As our Brand Manager you’ll make an impact by:
- Demonstrating knowledge of Oxbow’s business: its products, processes and customers.
- Devising long-term vision and strategies for assigned lines of products or categories of products.
- Continually gathering and analyzing data and insights from external sources such as the market, customers, prospects, and industry analysts, as well as internal sources such as customer service and sales, to understand customers’ needs and desires and develop product roadmaps and positioning strategies.
- Conducting market research, identifying similar and competing products, assembling retail data, and gathering/analyzing customer feedback to support evidence-based decision making.
- Working with the product development team to establish clear objectives for each new product (features, functionality, branding, positioning, sales volume, price, profitability, etc.).
- Leading project launch strategies and marketing/promotional campaign activities
- Creating and managing budget for respective brands
What you need to succeed:
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- 5 years of experience in a CPG company
- BS/BA in business administration, marketing or related field
- Excellent organization and project management skills: establishes priorities, creates project plans, and meets deadlines for multiple projects at a tim
- Strategic analysis and problem-solving: asks meaningful questions, gathers, and analyzes data, and identifies creative solutions.
