As our Consumer Education Specialist, you’ll make an impact by:
- Providing educational support to the Consumer Service Specialists.
- Developing and revising of templates and scripts of supported brands, including Knowledge base development and product FAQs
- Developing and supporting of ongoing continuing education of brands, products, and species
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as Technical Services, Business Development, and Marketing, and acting as a coordinating entity in the development and delivery of educational content generation and training focused on Compana products, animal care, and husbandry.
- Identifying and supporting consumer education opportunities to promote brand and company awareness that are in alignment with Compana goals and mission.
- Bachelor’s degree or 3 - 5 years’ education or training-related experience with a history of providing effective and high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to confidently and professionally present content in a clear, engaging, and educational way to a variety of audiences.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience in pet food manufacturing or similar industry.
- Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or Education background.
