International Account Manager to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!
Position Overview
Our International Account Manager manages a portfolio of export customer relationships to develop increased brand presence, awareness, and listings within current customers along with driving new business. This role operates all trading customers profitably in line with P&L expectations and achieves agreed customers and business growth targets with JBP initiatives.

As our International Account Manager, you’ll make an impact by:
- Actively managing and growing accounts in defined countries.
- Prospecting and developing new, exciting business relationships.
- Developing and executing growth-centered business plans.
- Understanding each customer’s sales needs to provide real, effective solutions.
- Implementing plans to maintain and protect market share in assigned territory.
What you need to succeed:
- Ability to manage existing customers and research and plan for new business wins in defined countries.
- Strong presentation and planning skills.
- Understanding of country specific regulatory guidelines.
- Proven business development and growth achievements, new product launches, and brand impressions.
- Multi-lingual preferred/English speaking.
