Essential Job Functions:
- Delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes
- Completing daily tasks in a safe professional manner (ADLs)
- Providing companionship and remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support
- Assisting with personal care activities which may include personal hygiene, mobility assistance or incontinence care
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Providing transportation for appointments as needed or accompanying clients to appointments when transportation is arranged
- Reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability or behavior to the branch office
