Job Summary

Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to Talent Acquisition Director and Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
  • Follow up with candidate’s experience, surveys and analyze feedback
  • Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience using professional social networks
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field preferred
