- We are hiring immediately for a COFFEE SHOP MANAGER position.

- Details: The First National Bank Tower is a 634 ft (193 m), 45-story skyscraper at 1601 Dodge Street in downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Completed in 2002, it is currently the tallest building in the city of Omaha, and in the state of Nebraska, and has been since its completion. FNBO is a premier Omaha employer and Eurest was selected to operate its Cafe and Marketplace on the 17th floor in 2022. Our client now desires to open a Best In Class, uniquely designed and custom-branded Coffee Shop on the main floor of the Towers open to all FNBO guests, tenants, and associates. The Coffee Shop Manager will be in charge of this retail environment and report to the site General Manager, and will work closely with the GM and client to drive positive dining outcomes for the building population. The Coffee Shop Manager will also be involved in building-wide catering events and supervise a staff of Baristas. Duties will be centered around hiring, training, and motivating staff to provide a memorable experience in a unique and upscale setting. The Coffee Shop manager will supervise a small staff, less than 6-7 at most.
- Requirement: Previous Barista experience required, previous supervisory experience preferred.

Starting Pay: $48,000 -54,500

Job Summary
This individual will be responsible for the supervision of the food service operation, ensuring the standards of excellence are met. They will supervise associates and support financial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates.
- Plans, markets and executes special events/promotions in the cafe
- Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards
- Operates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the business
- Manages cafe operations
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
