Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Services professional to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Janitorial Services, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our students, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
• Dust and damp mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Move equipment and furniture to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
• Clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment, sanitizing all surfaces.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, and other items to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor in accordance with federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors, and shampoo carpet as needed.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
