Job Summary
The Member Experience Reporting Manager is responsible for providing advanced level analytical and reporting support to the Member Experience organization. The primary function of Member Experience Reporting is to Support our Member team and Members through performing detailed research/analysis/reporting to maximize the value of our Foodbuy programs to our internal and external customers. This position will report into our Charlotte, NC office &/or Remote and will report to the Senior Director of Member Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage reporting & dashboard creation by collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage existing reporting components across various business channels
- Responsible for assisting in streamlining and improving established processes and standards
- Streamline existing reporting and dashboard process to ensure efficiencies are achieved
- Ensure that responsibilities with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders are carried out professionally/ethically
- Make recommendations to senior management regarding process improvements and risks encountered
Additional Qualifications
- Completion of undergraduate degree and/or equivalent business experience required
- Advanced Knowledge of data modeling, relational database structures, and ability to mold datasets are required
- Advanced Knowledge of Data Warehouses, Python, R Studio/Lasso, SQL Server Analysis Services, Azure, PowerBI and BI Report Portals are required
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Excel and Intermediate level knowledge of other Microsoft Office Applications; including Visual Basic (VBA)
- Attention to details is a must and understanding of data integrity is key
- Experience and understanding of how to handle extremely large volumes of dynamic data sets, from multiple sources
- Ability to grasp Data Management Applications (or experience with other rebate / contract management technology) is preferred
- 3 years of financial analysis, trend analysis, and/or audit experience required
- Experience working with units of measure/conversions/complex calculations preferred
- Distribution or foodservice experience is preferred
- Experience interacting with internal and external customers at or above senior management level
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
