As part of the Catering Operations team at WPC Dallas, you'll embark on a full-time journey where you'll receive comprehensive training across all facets of our operations.
Your role will involve providing essential support in overseeing business activities and program administration, serving as a vital point of contact for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members in alignment with organizational policies and legal guidelines
- Engage with customers, ensuring their satisfaction through prompt and friendly resolution of any concerns
- Lead the recruitment, training, and development of employees
- Assist in planning and directing operations, while evaluating performance and addressing issues as they arise
- Maintain oversight of facility operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Fulfill any other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Ideally possess an Associate's Degree
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of hospitality practices, with an interest in sustainability and sustainable food practices
- ServSafe Certification is a plus
