Compass Health is currently looking for a Mental Health Therapist who is interested in providing excellent clinical care to adults ages 18 and up in a program that can offer LICSW or LMHC clinical supervision for licensure.

The Lynnwood Adult Outpatient Team is a supportive and tight knit group who take pride in providing high quality care by offering individual therapy and group therapy using evidenced based practices. We also collaborate with community colleagues as well as coordinate care with professionals and systems that may be involved in the care of our clients.

We can provide weekly individual supervision for licensure with an LICSW or LMHC dependent on your supervisory needs.

The Lynnwood Adult Outpatient Clinic is located on the corner of 196^th ST SW and 48^th Ave West. We are easily accessible from I-5 as well as the Lynnwood Public Transit Station. Our office has easy access to a variety of shopping experiences including, Alderwood Mall, Trader Joe’s, numerous grocery stores, and Costco to name a few. We have our own parking lot in front of our building should you choose to commute in your own vehicle.

What you will be performing

The Clinician II / Mental Health provider provides a range of clinically indicated services including but not limited to individual psychotherapy, group therapy, and case management services for adults/older adults with behavioral health conditions. This position is responsible for assessing client functioning and needs and partnering with the client to develop an individually tailored care plan designed to promote recovery. This position may also provide clinical support to Interns as appropriate.

What you will bring with you

• MA/MS/MSW Degree in a Behavioral Science related field.
• Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) as defined by WAC.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Evidence-Based Practices, or interest and ability to learn.
• Individuals who do not already hold a license or associate license through the Washington State Department of Health must submit Agency Affiliated Counselor application upon hire and be approved by the DOH.
