Summary:
This position is responsible for providing financial support to the corporate functions as well as the business units. This will include analysis and reporting related to annual and long-term financial statements including the company’s income statement, balance sheet and cash flow position. Creation and updating of strategic models, presentations on a monthly basis for executive reviews and ad-hoc financial projects as needed. Database knowledge is a key to success in the creation and management of the processes.
Essential job functions include, but are not limited, to the following:

- Manage the consolidation of the Strategic Plan, bank lender models, monthly forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (Budget), ensuring the required information is submitted timely for Business Unit and Corporate roll-up.
- Manage financial strategic projects as needed including cash flow analysis and productivity initiatives.
- Assist leaders and others in the business unit to better understand the financial results and the KPI drivers.
- Provide other ad hoc analysis support as necessary to be a contributing business partner.

COMPETENCIES
Knowledge
Experience with standard costs preferred. Proficiency in working with database systems such as Enterprise One or SAP is required.
Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be PC and database proficient, possessing advanced skills in Excel and intermediate skills using PowerPoint

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. MBA or related Masters degree is preferred.
- At least five years of FP&A experience required with strong data analysis skills.
Salary : $80,600 - $102,000
