Tech Support

Minimum Requirements & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Google Workspace experience educational environment is preferred
• Hardware and software support for Windows and Mac desktops and laptops experience
• Provide support and assist teachers and students in resolving technical questions
• Troubleshoot user accounts, software, and hardware problems
• Audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred
• Set up and take down audio-visual equipment, including computers, cameras, monitors, and speakers
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Clean and maintain equipment in excellent working condition
• Keep accurate records of equipment inventory
• Physically able to move heavy computers and audio-visual equipment
• Assist our Director of Information Technology with
• AV setup and breakdown
• Equipment delivery and setup for testing and large classroom projects
• Support school events in need of AV equipment
• User activity reporting
• Data entry and management for a variety of applications
• Be available on the Compass calendar days (similar to Jeffco Public Schools calendar) Monday through Friday. The daily/weekly schedule is dependent on supporting school events and testing.
• Be capable of interacting professionally with students and teachers in a Pre-K through 12th-grade environment to ensure their technology needs are met.

Hourly:

• $22.16-$29.32/ hour (commensurate with Jeffco salary schedule)
