Description
1. Video Production
- Conceptualize, script, and produce compelling promotional videos that showcase Compassion Network's initiatives, values, and impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to understand project objectives and deliver engaging video content.
2. Sermon Promo Development
- Work closely with the pastoral team to create impactful sermon promos that resonate with the congregation and wider audience.
- Capture and edit footage that effectively communicates the key messages and themes of upcoming sermons.
3. Filming and Editing
- Operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, to capture high-quality footage.
- Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
4. Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure alignment with overall brand guidelines and messaging.
- Bring a creative vision to the development process, offering innovative ideas for visual storytelling.
5. Project Management
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.
6. Quality Control
- Ensure the technical and visual quality of all video content produced, maintaining high standards for Compassion Network's media presence.
- Stay current with industry trends and video production techniques to continuously improve video quality.
Requirements
