Travel Nurse - Home Health Internal Traveler

This position will require travel to ALL of the following states Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Multi-state license preferred or must be willing to obtain multi-state license. Michigan is a non-compact state. Must have or be willing to obtain a Michigan license.

• Salary Range: $2,000-$2,500 Weekly
• Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,000/Week

How you’ll make an impact as Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – Internal Traveler

• Travels to assigned program based on need where there is a vacant position, increase in census, or when additional staffing is deemed necessary. Assignments may vary from 8-13 weeks (about 3 months) long.
• Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home - enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy
• Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
• Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a current, unencumbered nursing license in state(s) of employment.
• On year of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred
• Current driver’s license
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
