Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying prospects, proposal follow up and helping the sales team close deals over the phone. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with customers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Experience overseeing office administration responsibilities such as event planning, data entry and basic office.
- Detailed oriented and able to multi-task and manage multiple sales reps simultaneously.
-Coordinates and assists in preparation of sales meetings.
-Responsible for sales follow-up as directed by the Sales Manager/Sales Team.
- Answers telephones, takes notes and tracks all messages for customer follow up.
-Maintain and update our Customer Relation Management (CRM) software systems.
-Responsible for Data input in coordination with sales team.
-Handles all correspondence, fax, memorandum of the office and organizes the proper filing system for customer management through the sales department.
-Manages and helps maintain sales team schedules.
-Schedules follow up appointments for sales team and brand ambassador appointments.
-Calls all ran appointments for customer touch point and sales team feedback.
-Assists marketing with customer reviews and feedback funnel.
-Responsible for rebates oversight with sales team and facilitating close out.
-Any other sales team or office support deemed necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to self-direct and work with minimal supervision.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment that contains a high degree of uncertainty and customer interactions.
-Individuals must have an ability to receive direction from multiple individuals while having knowledge of prioritizing deadlines.
-Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs/Office 365
-Engaged team player who focuses on goals.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development a plus
