One of New England's most well-known transportation companies is seeking a n adaptable Customer Service Representative to join their team in Concord, NH. Ideal candidates will be detail oriented, energetic, and will enjoy a business casual, family friendly environment. The CSR will be responsible for answering customer questions, setting up new accounts, scheduling deliveries, and processing payments.
This is a full-time, on-site Monday through Friday position.
This is an excellent opportunity for either entry level customer service candidates with prior experience in the service industry / hospitality / retail or for seasoned customer service professionals to expand their skills in a new industry!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, hours between 8AM - 5:00PM (daytime hours only).
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Process billing and payment information
- Update client/customer account information
- Manage technician scheduling with customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
