Compliance Analyst

The Company

Cash Express, LLC has been in the consumer finance industry since 1995 and operates 290 stores in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Mississippi. Aside from meeting the financial needs of the communities it serves, Cash Express is heavily involved in the welfare of its towns and cities by sponsoring various events, such as our annual Toy and Coat Drive to ensure the children of the communities have a warm and happy Christmas.

The Position

We are seeking a Compliance Analyst, who will assist the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring the company remains in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Responsibilities will include:

· Policy and procedure writing

· Training program administration

· Monitoring and testing activities

· Feedback and complaint management

· Audit and examination management

· Management report preparation

· Ongoing monitoring of industry and compliance changes

The Location

This position is located at the Corporate Office of Cash Express in Cookeville, TN. It is not a remote position.

The Qualifications

· Degree not required but preferred

· Experience in a field with a strong emphasis on following regulations, laws, and policies and maintaining confidentiality, such as banking, finance, law, accounting, or other similar fields

· Business correspondence and writing experience with excellent grammar

· Research experience

· High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and general computer skills

· Eagerness to learn and take initiative

· Flexible and adaptable to change at a moment’s notice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
