Product Content Strategist

Role:

We are seeking a Product Content Strategist to work with the Product Content team to plan, design, create and edit Compliance based Content, Assessments and eLearning Materials for our Industry Leading Healthcare Compliance Software Platform, The Guard. Your goal will be to contribute to and drive optimization of customers' experience and overall customer engagement with these content programs. This includes developing strategies to increase the use of infographics, modernize and standardized appearance across all content and training materials. This position will report directly to our Head of Product - Compliance Content and you will work directly with our Product Development team to develop, build and launch new compliance products.

Responsibilities

• Design, write and develop new content programs and training activities.
• Develop a Style Guide for all platform content.
• Proofread and edit existing and new platform content.
• Assure consistency in appearance, engagement, and tone of platform content.
• Work with a team to meet established deadlines for production and launching of new content.
• Contribute to identifying, documenting and creating links between related content

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in Content Creation, Instructional Learning, Copywriting or other related fields.
• A bachelor's degree in communications, English, paralegal training, instructional learning, tech writing or other related experience preferred.
• Instructional Design and eLearning background a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
• Strong Project Management and Project Organization Skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Indesign and Illustrator and other content creation tools.
• Experience working with complex legal, regulatory, compliance or healthcare documentation
• Skilled proofreader, writer and editor of complex content
• Legal, Compliance, healthcare or accounting industry experience a plus
