IT Technician - Third Shift

Your responsibility will be supporting the operation of all IT equipment including laser & thermal printers, windows mobile scanners, network infrastructure, etc. Installing and maintaining hardware & software systems including our proprietary operational software that is mission critical while providing support to company employees. The IT Technician will report directly to the IT Manager. As the IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for supporting our operation provided the following:

Third shift hours are Sunday through Thursday 9:30pm to 6am.

Essential Functions:

• Install and support all IT hardware
• Install and support purchased and in-house software
• Attend required meetings - Supporting the operation on your shift
• Maintain or repair equipment
• Troubleshoot a variety of system related issues
• Set up computer security measures
• Support our computer networks
• Offer technical support on-site or via phone/email
• Continually audit our systems used in our plant to ensure operation
• Occasional travel to other CLI locations for training and support

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or other related field
• 0-3 years of experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience with Excel (intermediate level - able to do VLOOKUP)
• Good written/oral communication skills
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft and other computer applications, internal systems
• Reliable Transportation
